How Phone Numbers Are Used
Phone numbers are used to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive: marketing messages about Lightspeed Labs services, transactional notifications for ReadyRing customers, and appointment confirmation messages for callers who book through ReadyRing-powered voice agents.
Phone Numbers Not Shared for Marketing
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe. You may also email support@lightspeedlocal.com to request removal from our SMS lists.
Data Retention
We retain SMS consent records for a minimum of 4 years to comply with TCPA statute of limitations requirements. This includes the consent timestamp, disclosure text version, opt-in path, and phone number.
