Lightspeed Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides AI automation services for local service businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI Front Desk (powered by ReadyRing)
- Client intake and onboarding automation
- Scheduling and follow-up automation
- Inquiry response and routing systems
- Online visibility and business profile management
- Admin and operations automation
- AI training and workshops
All project work is governed by individual project agreements between Lightspeed Labs and the client.
2. Website Use
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Lightspeed Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
For client projects: intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are defined in individual project agreements.

All AI automation and software work is performed under a separate project agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property assignment. These Terms of Service govern website use only and do not supersede individual project agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lightspeed Labs provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the website content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightspeed Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Lightspeed Labs — through a form on this website, during a sales call, during a phone call answered by our AI voice agent, or as part of a ReadyRing customer account — you consent to receive SMS messages from Lightspeed Labs on the terms below.
Program name: Lightspeed Labs SMS program, delivered through our ReadyRing product.
Message types: marketing messages about Lightspeed Labs services and the ReadyRing AI Front Desk, including occasional invitations to schedule a free assessment or analysis call; transactional messages to active ReadyRing customers including per-call notifications, daily call digests, and account or billing alerts.
Message frequency: varies. Marketing messages are typically up to four (4) per month, often fewer. Transactional messages occur as account activity warrants — for active ReadyRing customers, this can include one message per inbound call handled by the AI agent, plus billing or account notifications as needed.
Cost: Lightspeed Labs does not charge you to send or receive these messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.
Help: reply HELP or INFO to any message for support information, or contact us at support@lightspeedlocal.com.
Carriers: our SMS program is supported across major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
